DEPOSITS

·     A Booking is made when your credit card number is provided or deposit is received by cheque or money order.  50% of first night tariff can be taken as deposit.

·     Major Credit cards accepted – Amex, Diners,Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard.

·     Any loss or damage of motel property during your time of stay is liable to be charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

·     Any cancellation of booking to be made by telephone.

·     If sufficient notice to cancel is given being in excess of 48 hours of 12 noon of check-in date, deposit less 10% booking fee will be refunded.

·     In event of no cancellation and “No Show” the guest is liable for the first night’s full tariff and balance owing after deposit will be deducted from the credit card.
